The personal data of the data subjects are processed by KOSIT a.s. with its registered office at Rastislavova 98, 043 46 Košice, ID No.: 36 205 214 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") in the legal capacity of the Controller, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 lit. (f) REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
