Customer satisfaction survey

KOSIT has been cooperating with DATAMAR in conducting satisfaction surveys regularly since 2017. At the end of 2024, three satisfaction surveys were conducted among customers from the municipal segment (mayors), the business segment and households in the city of Košice.

In the municipal customer segment, we achieved an overall service satisfaction rate of 98%.

In the industrial customer segment, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reached 87.

In the case of the household, overall satisfaction scores a positive 71 points.

The indicators monitored are well above average in all segments.
