Spring collection of household hazardous waste
Hazardous waste contains substances that can endanger health and the environment. Responsible management of such waste is therefore extremely important.
Hazardous waste from households will be collected in Košice. It is intended exclusively for residents of Košice and for persons who have paid the local municipal waste fee. When handing over the waste, it is necessary to present a valid ID card or a decision on the fee.
When and where?
The collection will take place Saturday 24 May and 31 May 2025 , according to a set schedule in eight circuits in different parts of the city. The collection vehicle will be parked at the designated locations for 90 minutes at a time.
A detailed collection schedule, including specific locations and vehicle drop-off times, can be found here.
